Who Can Apply? Accredited media representatives—including reporters, editors, broadcasters, photojournalists, podcasters, and freelance journalists—are eligible to apply for a Media Pass. Freelance journalists may be required to provide a valid commissioning letter or evidence of previous coverage for a recognised media organisation, trade publication, or digital platform.

Application Process All media attendees must complete the online application form. Applications will be reviewed by the event organisers and approved at our discretion. As media capacity is limited, applications will be assessed on a rolling basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications to ensure relevant and high-quality media representation.
